About

A small company that builds websites and sells the phone calls they produce.

The Leads Foundry is one operator and an automated build pipeline. We rank local-service sites in organic search and route the calls to the local businesses that want them. No agency, no sales team, no lead forms.

Why this exists

We were the buyer first.

The company comes out of one experience: building a portfolio of organic search sites in the dumpster rental industry that produced 15,000 to 20,000 phone calls a month, selling it as a lead-generation asset, and then spending two years on the buying side as the acquirer's head of marketing.

From that side of the table the problem with purchased leads was obvious. The good ones came from search. The bad ones came from forms, shared five ways, hours late, with a consent chain nobody could explain. The buyer paid for both.

The Leads Foundry sells only the first kind. Every call began as a search, landed on a site we operate, and was dialed by the caller. That is a narrower business than a lead marketplace, and that is the point.

What we built

A factory for local-service sites, run by measurement.

The dumpster rental portfolio was built by hand and by script, one city at a time. The Leads Foundry is the second version: a pipeline that takes a service and a city, decides whether the market is worth building, writes and lays out the site, watches whether it ranks and rings, and retires it if it does not.

The part that matters is not the site generator. Anyone can generate pages now. It is the measurement around it: which markets to enter, what a page in that service has to say to rank, and when a number has earned promotion. That is what took years to learn and what we do not publish.

  • 01
Read the market before buildingEvery candidate city is scored from its actual search results. Strong incumbents mean we do not build.
  • 02
Write the site for that servicePage structure, content and internal links are generated per service from what ranking sites in that service actually do.
  • 03
Put a tracked number on every pageToll-free first per service, then a local number once the market has proven it rings.
  • 04
Measure clicks and calls per number, per daySearch clicks and answered calls are recorded against the exact site and market. Missing days stay missing.
  • 05
Retire what does not ringA market that does not produce calls is rebuilt or shut down. The fleet is the sites that earned their place.
How we operate

Small on purpose.

The pipeline builds, measures and retires sites. One person decides what goes live and who gets the calls. There is nobody to hand you off to, which is also why nothing here needs a sales call.

We stay out of regulated verticals

No personal injury, mass tort, addiction treatment, insurance or education. Those need licensing or consent structures we do not want to carry.

We do not run an agency

We will not build a site for you, manage your ads, or optimize your Google profile. We sell calls from sites we own.

We answer within a business day
