We build and rank local websites for your service. When someone in one of your towns finds a site and dials, the call rings your phone with the caller on the line. Each call goes to one business. A call under the agreed length costs nothing.
| Market | Calls | Avg length | Billed |
|---|---|---|---|
| columbus-oh | 14 | 4:51 | 12 |
| dublin-oh | 6 | 3:20 | 5 |
| newark-oh | 3 | 0:41 | 1 |
| lancaster-oh | 2 | 2:10 | 2 |
Five steps. The first two cost nothing. The third is a test you size yourself. Nothing routes to your phone until you have a price, a threshold and a cap in writing.
Name the service you want calls for, the towns you cover, and the hours you answer. Use the form on the home page. A list of zip codes or a radius from your shop both work.
Within a business day you get the markets we have live for your service, the ones we are measuring, and the ones we could build. Each live market comes with what it produced in the last 30 days and a price per qualified call. We do not promise a town we have not proven.
The same reply sets the call-length threshold for your service. Nothing routes until you have agreed to it.
You set the cap, for example three calls a day. For two weeks we route up to that many calls and you listen to every recording. At the end you keep going, change the cap, or stop.
The caller found one of our sites and dialed. Your phone rings with the caller on the line. No form, no callback list. Outside your hours the site's number goes to another buyer or to voicemail. It never goes to you.
A call goes to one buyer. We never split a call, sell a recording, or route the same caller to a second business.
Once a week you get an invoice listing each billed call with its recording. No contract, no minimum. Pause when you are booked out and resume when you are not. Stop whenever you want.
A call is billed when the caller stays on the line past the threshold for your service. The threshold and the price per call are set once, in writing, before the first call routes. Nothing else is judged.
The price depends on the service and the market. It is in the quote you get in step two, per market, before the test.
| Case | What happens |
|---|---|
| Threshold, plumbing example | 30 seconds of connected time |
| Caller stays past the threshold | Billed at the agreed price for that market |
| Under the threshold | Not billed. Wrong numbers, spam and hang-ups fall here |
| Missed, busy or voicemail | Not billed. The ledger shows it as missed |
| Same caller again within 7 days | Not billed |
| Daily cap reached | Further calls that day do not route to you and are not billed. You set the cap and can change it |
| Disputed call | We review the recording within 2 business days |
The ledger at the top of this page is the weekly view by market. Under it, every call is a line. You can check any call you were billed for against the rule above.
From websites we build and run for your service in your town. A person searches, finds one of our sites, and dials the number on it. That number is routed to you. There is no advertising involved.
Ask. We reply within a business day with the markets we have live for your service, the ones we are measuring, and the ones we could build. We do not promise a town we have not proven.
Then you are competing for the same searches, and we may be sending you callers you would have gotten anyway. Tell us the towns where you are strong and we will leave those out.
We tell you what a market has produced in the last 30 days before you buy it. New markets start as "measuring" and cost nothing until they have a track record.
Yes. You set a daily cap when you start and can change it at any time. Once the cap is reached, further calls that day do not route to you and are not billed. Most buyers start the two-week test with a low cap and raise it after.
Tell us which one. We listen to the recording and reply within two business days. A call that did not pass the threshold, or should not have routed to you, comes off your invoice.
Yes. Every billed call has a recording attached to its line in your ledger. Callers hear a recording notice at the start of the call.
No. Weekly billing, a daily cap you control, and you can pause or stop at any time.
One business day. You get the markets we cover for your service, the state each one is in, and a price per qualified call. No contract, no minimum.
