Calls placed to phone numbers shown on websites we operate may be recorded. Your call is connected to an independent service business, not to us. You hear a spoken notice before you are connected, and staying on the line means you agree to be recorded.
The Leads Foundry, the trading name of The Leads Foundry LLC, builds and operates local-service websites. The phone number on one of those sites is ours, but the person who answers works for a separate service business that covers your area. We connect the two of you and step out of the call.
We do not answer calls ourselves, and we never call or text you first.
At the start of every call, before you reach anyone, a recorded message tells you the call may be recorded. If you stay on the line after that message, you are consenting to the recording. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up during the notice. You can also call the business directly using a number listed on its own website.
We do not use recordings for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell them.
Buyers agree in writing not to redistribute recordings and not to use your number for anything except the request you called about.
Recordings and the matching call records are kept for six months and then deleted.
Use the form on the About page. Give us the number you called from, the number you dialed, and roughly when you called. We can send you a copy of the recording or delete it. We answer within three days.
Some states require every party to a call to consent to recording; others require only one. We do not sort callers by state. The notice plays on every call, on every number, in every market, so the same all-party consent step happens whether or not your state requires it.
What we collect and who receives it is described in the privacy policy. The buyer's obligations are in the terms of service.
