The Leads Foundry is the trading name of The Leads Foundry LLC. We build and operate local-service websites, rank them in organic search, and route the phone calls those sites produce to service businesses and pay-per-call networks.
This policy covers two different things: this site, theleadsfoundry.com, and the local-service websites we operate under other domain names. The second part is the one most people are looking for.
This site carries no advertising trackers, no ad pixels, and no cross-site profiling. We do not sell or rent anything collected here, and we do not send marketing email to people who fill in the form.
Our local-service sites show a tracked phone number. When you call that number:
Those sites also collect page analytics: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from IP address, and device type. We use that to see whether a site is working, not to build a profile of you.
Calls we cannot attribute to a site and market are never assigned to a buyer. We do not use call data for advertising, and we do not call or text you afterwards.
We do not sell caller information. We do not send the same call to more than one buyer.
Call recordings and call records are kept for six months and then deleted. Contact form submissions are kept for six months. Server logs and analytics are kept for six months. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
You can ask for a copy of the call data we hold about your number, ask us to delete it, or ask which business your call was routed to. Use the form on the About page and include the number you called from and the approximate date. We answer within three days.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state privacy law. We apply the rights above to everyone, wherever they live.
Our sites are for people hiring local services and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
We update this policy when what we collect or who receives it changes. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
Privacy questions and requests go through the form on the About page. The reply comes from the operator. See also the call recording notice.
